1. Services Offered


Homeitt LLC provides a variety of home services to residential and commercial properties. These currently include, but are not limited to: gutter cleaning, window cleaning, trash bin cleaning, and holiday lighting installation. Other services may be added based on availability and customer demand.


All services must be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via other approved communication methods. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or outside our service area.




2. Scheduling & Access


By scheduling a service, you agree to:


Provide accurate service address and contact information.Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the areas needing service (e.g., bins, gutters, windows, etc.).Follow specific instructions we may provide regarding preparation (e.g., bins placed at curb, furniture moved from under windows).


If access is not available or the specified area is not ready at the scheduled time, the visit may be considered a completed appointment and charged accordingly.




3. Payment & Billing


Payment is due either at the time of booking or upon service completion, depending on the selected service plan. We accept credit/debit cards, online payments, and other payment methods listed on our website.


Non-payment may result in appointment cancellations and/or suspension of future services.




4. Cancellations & Rescheduling


Customers may cancel or reschedule any service at least

24 hours in advance

without penalty.


Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee.


If Homeitt LLC needs to cancel or reschedule due to weather or operational reasons, we will notify you promptly and arrange a new appointment time.




5. Customer Responsibilities


Customers agree to:


Ensure trash bins are emptied before cleaning (unless otherwise arranged).Remove furniture, vehicles, or obstructions from service areas.Secure pets and eliminate potential hazards from workspaces.Provide any necessary access instructions or information before the scheduled service.




6. Limitation of Liability


While we strive for quality and safety,

Homeitt LLC is not liable for

:


Damage to items or structures already in poor or compromised condition (e.g., cracked bins, loose gutters, delicate fixtures).Service delays or failure due to factors beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather, blocked access).Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.




7. Changes to Services or Terms


We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
